Sarasota FL Property Sales Top 1,000 Again

Sarasota Real Estate Market Strengthens
Property sales in Sarasota County, Florida topped 1,000 for the fourth straight month. Sarasota real estate continues to show strength in the area. Total closed sales in June 2014 hit 1,048. This was a 5.1 percent improvement from the June 2013 figure of 997 sales.
“The first half of 2014 remains ahead of the near record sales pace of 2013, an historic year for property sales in the county with the second highest number of sales in SAR's 91 year history.”
