Condos for Sale on Lido Key Under $400,000

With the real estate inventory levels low in Sarasota, you can still find some reasonably priced condos in beach areas. LIdo Key has 13 condos listed for sale in the MLS. These condos are on the beach, the bay and close to St. Armands Circle. A European-style beach community, residents and visitors have plenty to do: beach activities, swimming, sun bathing, shelling or just walking.

Lido Towers: Rental policy here is one month minimum, 12 times per year. There are three condos for sale in this building. The building is pet friendly. Prices range from $219,000-$389,900 for units under $400,000.

Lido Dorset: Walk to shops and restaurants on the Circle and the beach. There is one condo for sale in this building.  Prices start at $225,000. Weekly rentals are allowed so investors like this one. 

Pelican Gardens. Are you looking for a weekend getaway? There are two studio efficiencies available at Pelican Gardens for $139,000 and $169,000. This is a small complex located on Roosevelt Drive, close to beach and St Armands Circle.

Chateau Village: There is one condo on the market priced at $225,000.

Gulf Beach Condo Hotel: This rare condo hotel offers short term rentals and great for investors wanting potential income. There are two units for sale priced at $275,000.
